I tried Kinetics on the recommendation of a friend - what a great friend she turned out to be! This is the friendliest, most helpful gym you will find! I have gone down 2 sizes since I started working out at Kinetics. The staff make the difference - helpful, knowledgable and creative. Never a boring workout.
Pros: Individualized plan, great support, friendly atmosphere, excellent results!
Cons: a bit hard to find the first time you go

I found this place last month. They are the really the best workout place and in Cherry Creek north.
