This is the best repair shop i have ever gone to. The bill was less then quoted and work was done on time. I have been there many times and never had to come back for a problem.

I taken my Jeep to other auto shops in the area and it seemed like they charged alot and I was never sure of the quality of work, then one day I took it to L & R Auto Repair. They walked me through the whole process and even showed me the issue with my car in their car bays. Thanks for clearing up my own confusion and the price was great also!

I wish it were possible to give this
company negative stars. DO NOT EVER TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. After reading "good" reviews online (which I realize were a long time ago, the same ones on every site, and the same people repeated), I decided to bring my husband's car in to have the steering column repaired. At first, everyone was so nice and helpful, especially when they calculated the large cost of the job. The quote was reasonable, and I paid the first half up front. They said they would have the car finished in 4 to 7 days. However, after more than 12 days and a CONSIDERABLE amount of phone tag, we finally got the car back. Problem was, when we got the car back, the steering column was still not driving properly! As a physician, my husband needs his car for work every day, including weekends, and of course, this company was not open on the weekends. He took the car to a dealership instead, where they told him one of the screws was broken when the steering column was installed.
We called L&R Auto Repair back to let them know and try to work something out since we were unsatisfied with their job, for instance paying for the dealership repair since we had paid L&R much more than that. They gave us the runaround for more than a month, telling us they were looking into it. Finally, this last time they told us they were not going to repair the car and they didn't care what we did otherwise.
NEVER EVER BRING YOUR CAR HERE! One clue should have been the "google" printouts for certain car repairs I saw on their tables!!! They are not actual trained mechanics, and they are just out to get money. They are a sleazy, lying group of people, even the women who run the desk, and they epitomize the reason why people do not trust auto repair shops.
