Avoid Like The Plague. Went into this shop last night 8/25 and waited, was told was going to be a 25-35 minute wait. After 45 minutes I approached one of the "older" hair cuttters she said it would be another 10 minutes. After 15 minutes MORE with no one acknowledging me or my wait I left. Today I went there at 2:45 p.m. I had no wait this time and spoke with a young 22-24 year old bleached blonde with a "shaggy" hair-cut and excessive bangs.

I explained EXACTLY what I desired. I told her since I had my reserve this weekend I needed a "MILITARY" type hair-cut. I wanted her to start with a "ONE" clipper and blend-up otherwise taper-up with a rounded back. I told her short but NOT Marine or like the young Mexican Kids like. In a very snide manner she said, " No, I have no idea what the Mexicans like".

With an attitude like this I decide I was not going to trust this "PERSON" with such a lousy attitude with out any customer service qualities. I tore off the apron and stated, "If you don't know how to cut hair and don't understand what a (1) clipper is that I am sure not letting you cut my hair, G'Night"!
