Worst Place Ever..... EVERYTHING DOES SUCK HERE PLEASE DON'T GO HERE THEY ARE LIARS!! ERIC IS THE WORST LIAR THEY HAVE! I was quoted a price a couple days ago to replace my water pump. Bring the car in today sign off on THAT price and ERIC calls me to blame is employees for quoting me wrong. LISTEN IDIOT IF YOUR EMPLOYESS QUOTE WRONG YOU HAVE TO HONOR IT! He wanted over $200 more. Amazing Staff, Amazing Service!. I visited this location frustrated, by all means whose happy when they have unplanned repairs for their vehicle. I was first greeted by the most joyful and polite advisers, Val and Alfredo. At first i was concerned they would meet the typical stereotype of a money hungry repair shop boy was i proved other wise. At first my estimate was a little under a thousand dollars i freaked asked to speak to the technician, I was than greeted by Tracy, he was so polite! and really put the repairs needed in a language i could understand. this made me feel more comfortable about the repairs they were recommending. Than another Technician came out Matt who i personally thought was so understanding to the fact i was literally having to put out my vacation money, he told me to wait a moment as he spoke with his supervisors. A few minutes later Dave and Charlie stepped out, the managers at the location, they directed me to their online site and said there might be a coupon there that could help me out, i was ecstatic even if it was a little saved a little goes a long way. They also showed me a way to receive a free rotation through the reward program, this was preformed by Andrew he was very efficient in his repairs and even went out of his way to re check up on my while i was waiting for the other repairs to be completed. Charlie 100 percent brought my attitude tword the situation up, i was actually ear to ear smiling by the time i had left the location.

I have never felt so comfortable being in an automotive shop and i would highly recommend them to any one needing repairs on there vehicle, i will always be a loyal customer to them. For they were all loyal to me.  View Less … View More
