Been Going For Years. I don't write many reviews, but really like this place. Great atmosphere, and the pizza is pretty good. I've been going there since I was in college. Have fun!

Small Town Restaurant atmosphere. Bonnie Brae Tavern is one of those places that becomes "your place" after you've visited once. The menu is great and the staff is even better. They are friendly and very good with kids--great kids menu, too! We simply love going there--the fried chicken dinner is so good (just like grandma used to make) but the pizza is their best. The most authentic restaurant in Denver. Like stepping back in time! Food is classic. Service is a bit cranky, but somehow it fits the atmosphere. A truly genuine Denver establishment that is family and neighborhood friendly.
