Rudest Owner Ever. I have enjoyed visting this store for a few years but have always found the owner to be extremely rude and very unpersonable. It is really hard to even think about purchasing items from her when she cannot even get off the phone and greet her customers. The other ladies who work in the store are very nice but the owner is just unbearable. She is exceedingly rude and I will not be going back.

These clothes don't even deserve an overture, better yet an Encore. When I walked in, the employee behind the counter didn't say anything to me at first, which is fine with me. She looked at me, then kept working. When I started looking at shoes, she explained that Encore Shop is an upscale consignment shop (and she had the audacity to explain what consignment means). I wouldn't even let my grandma wear these old ladyish clothes. There was a lot of Ralph Lauren and Armanis stuff, and that was about it. Not a big selection of clothes, which disappointed me. There wasn't any logical organization either, and the woman working there kept looking at me as if I didn't belong there just because I was wearing jeans. Do not go here. Might as well takea trip to the mall if you're in the area for more friendly service and better quality clothing.

Trashy shop, rude lady. My friends and I visited this store today after visiting several other similar stores. From the moment we walked in we could tell it was not up to par with the other shops we had been too. And it felt very trashy compared to the other stores we had been in. However, this was not the worst part. The store had no flow and the store had an anything goes sort of feel for organization. My friend was looking at some clothes on a rack by the register, she asked for help from the lady and we got the worst reception. She started screaming "What are you doing back there!!!! You shouldn't be there!!" and the like and ran over to the counter. Needless to say we immediatly left to which she said "Yes, please leave." She made us feel much more like criminals than appreciated customers. NOT recommended
