Bang Salon

I just recently went to Bang Salon to get my hair cut by Rodger, the owner. My neighbors all go to this salon and they have been trying to convince me that I should go as well. I finally decided to go for it and I can't tell you how happy I am that I did! Everything was first rate from the phone call to make the appointment to the thank you I got for coming there! Rodger is not only an amazing hair stylist but an amazing person. The salon is beautiful and everyone that works there is so friendly and accommodating. There is nothing they didn't think of. I can't wait to go back!…

Horrible hair. "you need a wig". Worst.salon.ever. Horrible manager. Sandy "colored" my hair white. Yes, white. When I got home my husband asked me why my hair was white. Then he said it looks and feels like straw (it does). Then he asked if maybe a wig would help. He was sincerely trying to be nice. Sandy kept trying to tell me it was "beautiful.". She said this about 10 times, as if she was trying to convince herself. I told her the color was the exact shade of my 93 yo grandma. And, to top it off, she burned my scalp so badly I could not recolor it for over one week. I went to a wedding with white hair with my lobster red scalp showing through.

By the way, two days earlier I made an appointment to have my son's hair cut at baby b. The "stylists" were late and rude. The salon was filthy, filthy dirty - someone's used stained cervical collar was sitting on the bench next to the children's toys. There was dirt and hair everywhere. Beyond gross. We left.…

My friends persuaded me to write this.... Hi all, this is not meant to be a slam on Bang salon but about 4 months ago I got what I consider the worst haircut ever. After requesting a trim, the stylist who I won't name layered the keyrap out of my hair! Except, oddly, the bottom back...I think so she could say "I hardly took anything off the length." After telling her how long I'd been growing my hair out I truly felt violated. None of my friends could even muster up "it doesn't look that bad." One friend insisted I ask for my $$ back and said she'd go with me. Of course I didn't. I had to get the back fixed a week later. What a mess. If this stylist, who told me she was a trainer, is sincerely that good I believe she should have recognized how poor the cut was (and that it wasn't remotely what I asked for) and offered not to charge me. As it were I quickly donned my hat, tipped 20% and got the heck out of there. I regret that. Four months of depressing bad hair days later I rue the day I ever walked into Bang Salon. Be careful of people who want to practice on your hair instead of just giving you the trim you requested.…

Brittani Estes- Very Gifted Stylist!. I have known Brittani for a while, but I have to say, I am continually impressed with her abilities and passion for what she does. She is always on top of the current trends, and gives me an honest opinion of what what cut and color combination would look best on me without disregarding my lifestyle. I am extremely impressed with her knowledge of coloring, and coloring techniques. Time after time I am so satisfied with the results, and even better I always get compliments on my hair, which what woman doesn't love to hear? If I ever leave Denver, I will fly back here to have her do my hair!

If you are looking for a change in stylists, I would definitely recommend Brittani, and in addition Bang Salon! is comfortable and fun atmosphere, where you can sip on a glass of wine and truly enjoy some 'me' time!…
