GREAT TALENTED HAIRDRESSERS. I have been going to Headlines for 5 years now and won't go anywhere else in Denver. I have recently been getting my hilites and haircuts done with Tyler and she is fantastic! Always has a new idea for me to try and really listens to what you are asking for (even if you cannot explain it well) She is very patient and I leave feeling great! The salon is really cute and I do Love the Aveda products. I have to say,,,,,, this is a REALLY FRIENDLY bunch of people working here and they work very hard! I will keep coming back to Headlines!!! THANKS for taking care of me for 5 years straight!!!

Great friendly Salon. I was a new customer of Headlines recently and had to share my experience. I booked a highlight and haircut and I have received so many compliments! I saw Carly for my color and then sat with Jennifer for my haircut. Both of these hairdressers listened to what I wanted and suggested a couple of things we could do differently if I was up for a change. Loved it! The manager ( Miranda, I believe) was very pleasant and offered me a beverage and asked me how my service was. The owner called me a few days later to check on my haircut and color which I don't believe anyone has ever done in a business I have been to. This place is great! I will continue to be a customer of Headlines!

Wonderful Aveda Salon!. I have been going to Headlines for a couple of years now and unfortunately discovered my regular stylist had left. However, I thought I would try someone new. Tyler did such an amazing hilite and new fun cut even my husband noticed how nice it was! This is a great salon with no attitude and very clean. The owner thanked me for coming in and even did a follow up call! Impressive. Love this place

BEST DENVER SALON. This is by far a fantastic salon! I have gone to Headlines twice now and both times I have walked out feeling better than when I walked in. Upon entering, you are immediatly greeted by the receptionist which makes you feel welcome right away. They are an AVEDA salon so I am addicted to all their products. The staff is really knowledgeable on the products and helpful with recommendations.

My hair has never looked better. I have seen 2 different stylists and both were fantastic. They really listen to what you want and they actually taught me how to style my OWN hair!

It is rare to go in to a business where you feel really great energy. The staff seem to get along well with each other and they LOVE where they work, which makes the clients feel great as well!!

After my first visit one of the owners actually called me and THANKED me for coming in. She seemed genuine about how my experience was.

This business is a GEM! You must go!

Another "Meh" Denver Salon. I was a customer here for the last two years or so but opted not to return when I needed my last haircut. My stylist is/was good but I'm so tired of the salon's service. Nearly every single appointment I would get a phone call asking if I could be moved earlier or later in the same day. Like many people, I'm busy and I book my appointments at times that fit my schedule. To have to adjust my day because they didn't schedule properly in the first place shouldn't be my problem.

The last straw for me was an email announcing that gratuities are no longer accepted on credit cards. Hunh? It's 2010. That is such poor customer service--I shouldn't have to stop at an ATM on my way to an appointment when I don't normally carry cash.

These may both be little things but when I'm paying more than $60 for 20 minutes in a chair, I expect top-notch service. Denver has more than enough salons to pick from and I've found a new one that I love.

Best stylists. I highly recommend this Salon. They cary all the Aveda products that I need to recreate my look at home. AMANDA is my stylists and she is the best in Colorado. I have been a loyal customer for over 5 years and would never go anywhere else unless AMANDA left.

From my cuts to the many different hues of color...I highly recommend AMANDA. She will listen to what you need and give you what you want. I also love the other staff members. They always greet me with a friendly smile and I can relax after work with a little Vino.

LOVE LOVE LOVE...go see AMANDA

Fabulous Salon!!. I have been a customer at Headlines for over a year and will not go anywhere else! The staff is extremely friendly..no salon attitude here..and they seem to all take great care with clients. The front desk is super helpful and very welcoming...I love being greeted by my name when I walk in!

As for the stylists..very professional! They enjoy their work and are very skilled. I've even been asked by strangers where I got my hair done. They make sure you get what you are looking for and are knowledgeable in what will work best. I ask alot of style questions! I always leave feeling pampered and looking fabulous. Highly recommend!

All-around Awesome Salon. The staff is incredibly friendly, the salon has an awesome selection of Aveda products, and I was able to get an appointment at a convenient time with ease. Definitely the best salon I have been to in Denver. Make an appointment with Sabrina - she's super nice and has a great sense of coloring and styling. I have gotten at least a dozen compliments on my hair color after having it done by her. 5 stars!

Great Salon!. I found this cute salon 8 months ago and will not go anywhere else! I noticed the friendly service on my first visit as the staff seemed to really enjoy seeing their clients. There was no salon attitude that I've seen in other places and they make everyone feel welcome. As for the quality, it's the best cuts I've had in a very long time. And I've tried several salons here. The stylist listen to my crazy questions and help me with tips to keep my style at home. Very skilled and knowledgeable. I have not done color but seen others that have been thrilled.

As for clean, it's always looked great on my visits. I've even seen the receptionist dusting shelves. And sweeping hair for the stylists! All in all, highly recommended for service, quality, price, location. And the scalp massage is wonderful!

Great Salon!. Mandy at Headlines is great!! She has many years of experience, and is a master with the blowdryer. I have a wave in my hair, and she is able to get it straight without a flatiron. Also, the owner, Cheri, is very friendly. All the ladies are nice, and the salon has a very clean atmosphere. Their selection of Aveda products is large, and Mandy was great about recommending which products would be best for my hair (but she was not pushy). Overall a great place, I would recommend it to any of my friends!
