Highly Recommended!. I really had a great experience at Headlines! I am not one to write reviews but felt compelled since the staff was so great and I loved my cut & color! I have recommended the salon to several friend who loved it as well!

Skilled Staff. I have been going to Headlines for 4+ years and I have always had the best cut and highlight. I trust Cherie implicitly with my hair and wouldn't let anyone else touch it. I have always had a comfortable and warm experience while in the Salon. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Excellent Salon. I have been going here for years and it is an excellent salon. The service is top-notch. The staff goes out of their way to accommodate you. It has a great atmosphere and I will keep coming back for more great service. I recommend this salon to anyone who wants a good experience with professional talented stylists.

Not Recommended At All!!!!. This Salon was awful I would not recommend it to anyone who wants to go in and get exactly what they want. If you do brave it and go in, take their offer of beer or wine because you will need it once it?s all over!! The customer service or lack there of was very unprofessional and impolite.

This salon gives all Aveda Salons a bad rep!

Rude. Terrible customer service. I haven't gotten my hair done here but I spoke with one of the managers on the phone and she was incredibly rude and condecending. My recommendation is to try a different Aveda salon.

Fabulous Salon. I have been going to Headlines The Washington Park Salon for approximately 1 year and have had nothing but excellent customer service from everyone there. The stylists ( I have seen several different ones) always seem to listen to what I am asking for and I leave feeling very pampered. I have received great feedback from my friends and my husband on how fantastic my hair looks.

With regards to the previous comment on cleanliness, I have never seen it to be dirty. In fact quite the opposite. I have visited many salons in the Denver area and Headlines is at the top of my list for cleanliness, service and a great overall experience.

I will continue to visit and recommend this salon to all my friends

One Dirty Salon.... Aren't first impressions everything?!? The stylist was nice, but the bathroom was extremely dirty, the towel (used on me) was ripped to shreds, and I got a huge color stain on the back of my shirt (not mentioned to me while I was there but by my husband when I got home) although I received just a haircut, and the floor was all chipped and dingy. I am pretty determined not to got back. YUCK

Very highly recommended. I have been a loyal customer of Headlines now for almost two years. My stylist is Amanda and she does a fantastic job. She really listens to you and tries to figure out a style (and a color and a look) that works well for you, as opposed to trying to do only what's trendy or what's typical. She personalizes your cut to your life and your personality. I am personally low maintenance, and I cannot believe how good my hair looks with a very minimum amount of effort. Like the other reviewer, friends and co-workers ask me who does my hair, and I always refer them to Amanda.

I have had a multitude of services here (cut, all-over color, highlights, special occasion updos, waxing) and all have turned out well. The rest of the staff are very friendly and welcoming, and the receptionist is always courteous and professional. The salon is immaculately clean, and refreshments are always politely offered. As an Aveda salon, they are always ready to educate you about Avedas all natural products without ever coming across as pushy.

Best haircut ever!. Amanda at Headlines is amazing! I've had some good haircuts before, but the cuts she gives me are hands down the best ever. She's also a master with the hair dryer. The best thing is that I can actually go home and duplicate, (well almost) the style. The Aveda products she's recommended have truly improved the quality of my hair. I get compliments all of the time. I can't say enough great things about Amanda and Headlines.
