I walked out

I went in for a simple treatment, that became complicated. I ended up walking out. The reception staff is very friendly and helpful if you are interested in purchasing high quality lotions. Otherwise, I'd say don't bother.

• Cons: Long wait. Didn't seem to know what they were doing.

Botched procedure

I have two complaints I think are worth mentioning here to spare future patients the hassle, the money, the miscommunication and the wait time. First, I have called the clinic three times re follow-up questions I have for a procedure I had done that went awry. I am assuming the reason I have not received a return phonecall is because they know they botched my procedure. Secondly, I waited an hour and a half to see the doctor the first time I made my appointment. I spent half that time in the waiting room and the other half in the examining room, all before the doc ever made his appearance. I suppose if a doc pays for prime real estate, they feel the privilege to jack up their costs and make their patients wait. I would appreciate the professionalism of an apology for a botched job instead of complete ignorance.

good for hair removal

I would definitely recommend this place to get laser hair removal. They have a good staff, and friendly people who do the treatment. My favorite technician is Kelly, I would recommend her over anyone else there. I have had really good results with just 3 treatments on my legs, and acceptable results on my bikini and underarm areas. The front desk staff are very welcoming and nice, and the facility itself has a great location and ample free parking.
