THEY NEVER ASWER THE PHONE.....
It has been impossible to reach someone at this business to schedule an appointment. I could recite their voicemail message at this point. I've been trying for over a week. How about putting hours on your website and creating an online appointment system if you are never going to answer your business phone?
I would love to write a review on actual services, if that ever actually happens. I prepaid for a certificate, otherwise I would have given up long ago.

Not worth the trip. Sorry Advanced Laser ladies. I know a little something about customer service and how you need to step it up a notch, even if it is just a consultation appt.. And forgive me for not having washed my faced before arriving for my consult, but I work a 60 hour work week. I cannot, in all honesty, say I found anything redeemable about my visit. I have, however, chosen a professional skin treatment center who actually doesn't chastise me for not cleansing prior to an appt., and says "goodbye" when I leave their office.
