My son needed a car and I thought, might as well get myself one. We stopped at Family and I fell in love with a 2012 Dodge truck. I got it all handled and since my son didn't find anything he liked, we went to The Sharpest Rides, which is another branch of Family. Check out my review there to find out how that visit went.

My husband and I had a great experience with our salesman, Fernando, and finance manager, Carlos. Just bought a 2005 Nissan Mirano. Their lot is cared for; had a nice, wide selection. LOVE the warranty I was able to get. Transaction was perfect. I will definitely follow up with review as time goes on. Buying a USED car can be scary, but after searching several dealerships, this was a great experience. If all goes well, I will come back for repeat business.

Bought a beautiful '92 Toyota Land Cruiser that failed emissions the next day, but dealer worked hard to make it right and fix the problem. Apparently, it was a pretty complicated problem: parts needed to be ordered; tests were ran and re-ran; second opinions from the "Toyota Doctor" obtained. But they gave me a loaner for some of the time so I'm not complaining. Problem was eventually diagnosed and fixed and car runs great now. Alex (service) and Hoke were a pleasure to work with and were always very friendly and helpful. I'd recommend this dealer to anyone.

Took over 2 months to get my car back from them but they gave me a loaner vehicle for some of that time so I'm not really complaining. Alex in service and Hoke were always polite and helpful in our dealings. I'd recommend this dealership.

I was looking for a nice car with not many miles on it. I was driving down old Broadway and noticed tons of used dealerships. I was tired of looking at new dealerships with all their special and whatnot, and when I passed Family Trucks and Vans, I notice they had a more, professional feel than any of the other dealers on Broadway. I had bought a 2004 VW Jetta, and it runs amazing. The car was clean, shiny, and sounded amazing. The salesmen were great people and very pleasant to deal with. The process was easy, no hassle, and positive beyond belief. I ve referred friends and family to check them out. This is the real deal dealership.
