High quality, beautiful, and for a fraction of the price I could have found a similar (but not as good) dress online for. Aweful. You enter and are surrounded by costume rejects and old worn and torn clothes that are collecting dust. A woman at the county licking an ice cream cone doesn't even take notice or offer to help. If you do need any help finding things in the piles of rummage available don't expect to get any. If you're looking for quality costumes look elsewhere because this just isn't the place. I don't know who wrote the first review, but i'm guessing it was the owner. Don't even bother with Flossy's.…
