Artisan baking ?3rd generation?.
if your a typical american who likes their fake ethnic food , they got it all , gmo grains, artificial flavored, colored, sugar, corn syrup, and more corn syrup, kinda like crackcocaine, see the

Great bakery with great service!. When you order croissant at this place, you will get hot ones right from the oven! They are very crispy, flaky, and buttery. They also have filled croissant, quiche, french baggett, and other bread. In my opinion, they have the best croissant in town. You cannot eat any others once you try theirs.…
C'est Magnifique!. Without a doubt, the best croissant and authentically French baked goods in Denver. Trompeau is more bread-centric than anything else, making it more of a boulangerie than a patisserie. The baguettes are outstanding- hard and chewy on the outside and soft on the inside. But the draw are the croissant. Flaky, buttery, and perfectly baked. Brasserie Felix in Denver serves them on occasion for its weekend brunch and we were immediately moved to track them down without a middle man! The bakery itself is a tiny, local spot which can become chaotic as the morning wears on. Also, they don't have much of a tea selection and were out of orange juice this past Saturday morning at 11ish...but then, that's not what you're going for, anyway! (Added bonus: Animated French conversation can be heard coming from the back, which adds another layer of authenticity to the place).…
Authentic French Pastries...to die for!!. The best chocolate croissants in the Denver Metro Area. Light, flaky and tasty, as if they were just flown in from Paris. I bring them to staff meetings and they boost morale. ;) Lots of variety of pastries and breads!! I've often had to wait in a line that literally goes out the door on a Saturday morning. Definitely a must visit!…
Delicious!. I came on a recommendation of a friend. Ever since that first experience with the lovely staff from this french bakery I have returned, always bringing a guest so they may also enjoy this little nugget on Evans. I would recommend the blueberry and cream cheese croissants. And the coffee isn't bad either!…
