If you don't care whether your air conditioning is working when it is 85 degrees plus outside or don't need to know if and when it will be fixed because they won't communicate with you; or, the maintenance staff tells you they will fix something, such as a closet door that has been broken since you moved in 8 months ago, but just puts you off and never does it; if you like lumps and bumps in your floor and ceiling because someone has "cut corners", then by all means, an Elkco property (WestRidge specifically) is THE place for you!

• Cons: Snotty staff that doesn't care or communicate; need more maintenance to get work done
