Long ago I had received a coupon for a free spin class at Mad About Fitness so I decided to see what 'spin' was all about. Well, I didn't really enjoy spin very much (HA - HA!!!) and decided to never go back. HOWEVER, the owner went out of her way to win me over! She convinced me to give the class another try and discussed how it typically takes a few classes for new-bee's to get the hang of a new exercise routine. I'm SURE glad I took her advice because I have been taking spin and fit-yoga classes from Mad About Fitness for about 10 years now! This exercise center offers small class sizes and provides a REAL sense of community and intimacy with your classmates and teacher. The classes are EXTREMELY instructional and there is a tremendous emphasis on understanding the exercises and learning them correctly based on your own limitations and abilities. Mad About Fitness has TRULY help shape my body, as well as, my mind and spirit for the better! I can't imagine my life without it!

In the year and a half that I have worked with Jane at Mad About Fitness I have lost 20 pounds from my 55-year old frame, dropped my LDL by 60 points, and now have better muscle tone and can do more push-ups than I did at 21. I don't quite have six pack abs, but my belly keg is history. I started simply to keep an appointment that my wife needed to miss. Now I regularly work with Jane, my trainer. I'm hooked. The personal attention and tailored routines make working out more recreation than a task. Jane rules!
