I'am Italian and moved here from the DC area. My search was over for a great Italian deli once I first walked into Carbones. I knew it would be good just by walking into their little shop. The owners remind me of my Grandparents and the food is remarkable. If a Italian sub is what you want, then go no further......

Best Bread and Sub I have found in Denver

A great Sandwich and awesome Bread. The best I have had in Colorado.

I'm a transplant from back east and have been hunting for "The" sub and I think I just found it.

Carbones is not a fancy sit-down style restaurant, but a place that you can get the best Italian, Meatball or Sausage sub in the area and take it to wherever to enjoy.

Try it, you'll swear by it!
