I first found out about this Italian deli in Wheat Ridge through a Friend. He recommended the purchase of fresh made Sausage (Rope) and meatballs. When I took them home and cooked them and added them to my Pasta it was phenomenal. I could have eaten them as a meal in it self. I tend to visit their every two-three weeks for my purchase of sausage or meatballs (sometimes both). The customer service is very friendly and other customer say they have been buying sausage their for years. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking for good homemade Meats and pasta's.
