Stuffed sopapilla fans be warned!.
The name alone should imply how the dish is made, Stuffed sopapillas! I didn't order a flat sopapilla sandwich.... come on man! The green chile was great, the salsa was hot. Service was pleasant but
a tad slow (was a busy night I understand). Maybe I'll have to try something else from there menu. I could eat there again but wound not recommend to my friends, unless they were European.
Stuff verb (trans.)

2. informal force or cram (something) tightly into a receptacle or space : he stuffed a thick wad of cash into his jacket pocket…
Best Green Chile in Denver!. This is the best Mexican in Denver. The Green Chile is fresh and spicy and the guac is among the best (tastes very fresh, could use more spice). The dishes were very tasty and the very fresh tortillas made on sight were excellent. Good margs. Prices are more than reasonable. Overall, my favorite in Denver given with the high food quality, very pleasant wait staff and very well maintained restaurant.…
Will go back again and again!. I had to write a review after reading all of the "bad" reviews I saw on here. I frequent La Loma quite often - I can't get enough of this place. I was honestly surprised that their was a bad review. I recommend trying it again. They have great service, food and atmosphere. I love their lighter side options as well as their green chili and amazing chili rellenos.…
A bit over-rated. We've been to La Loma a couple of times and I would rate the food uneven. One special was bland while the green chile was excellent. It is a bit hit and miss. And be prepared for a very loud crowd, especially after sporting events. Probably best to plan a visit around the local sports calendar.…
This food was made in NYC, get the rope!!!. As a traveling man that loves Mexican food. I ordered the stuff Chile Rellenos. It arrived in an eggroll-style wrap once I cut into it I couldnt find the Chile, the only thing missing was the Chinese plum sauce? The frozen Margarita was like having a shaved ice watered down? I think they should remove the word Authentic from there menu and say, Made in NYC!…
