A neighborhood eatery with good food and a cure for the common hangover.. In Short
This neighborhood institution keeps locals happy with Broncos decor and the famous hangover cure known as menudo, free with the purchase of a drink--except on game days. This place is famous for Rocky Bilt burgers: small, tasty beef patties smeared with mustard dressing. Nestled on a warm, toasted bun, they're wrapped in waxed paper and served in a plastic basket. Enchiladas and breakfast burritos, sandwiches and burgers fill out the menu.

yummmm. I am third generation north denverite- somehow I had never given this place a chance- although both previous generations gave me rave reviews of thier past times there. A few months ago my husband and I decided to give it a try- I can't believe what we have missed out on! Their burgers are huge, yummy and cheap- thier mexican food is good too. My favorite is thier BLT- just like mom used to make!!! I would highly recommend it for anyone looking for a dive atmosphere with great food!
