Must be overrated. In general. Food was average and the sauce really bad. Must be canned by the taste. Service was not horrible but not great either.
Very Disappointing!. We've been to Patsy's before, service slow, but good, and food was ususally good as well. I work in the restaurant biz, chef. Last time we went, had my chef coat on, service was excellent, as well as the food. Tonight, we went for a late dinner. We were seated quickly, greeted by a very nice waitress whom took our drink and app order. 10 minutes go by, bartender seemed more interested in their friends at the bar. Five more minutes go by, app comes out, and still no drinks. App, fried ravioli, was semi-cold, sauce was good, very flavorful. Finally received drinks. Meanwhile, we have a busboy stomping by our table repeatably, trying to get his job over with (note-this was later on Fri. night, and not busy). So much for a nice relaxing meal. Waited awhile again for our main course to arrive, watching servers take out bags of trash in plain view of patrons, nice touch. Our steak finally arrived, overcooked. Waitress was very nice and apologetic. We did not eat it, and was still charged half price. It was a thin steak, that we ordered MedRare. As long as we had to wait for it, that cut of meat doesn't require much cooking time. Saw one review of an older bartender being slow and rude, will agree with that one! She's still there, and slow as ever! We've always had to wait a long time for drinks. Will not be back or recommend this place to anyone! Feel sorry for the poor servers whom have to put up with a badly run establishment!…
Best pizza in town!. As an east coast pizza fan I've had the hardest time finding a good place in Denver for a pizza pie until now. The new pizzeria at Patsy's has nailed it. The crust is perfected. Not too thick, not soggy or too crisp. Just perfect. I highly recommend 'the Presidente' with sausage. They also serve up a mighty tasty bambino. (miniature sausage canoli). Must try!!!…
Not bad, but wouldn't pay again. So we are always looking for good places to eat, and the food was average. I got the chicken marsala and the sauce was way to thick for the noodles. My boyfriend got the chicken parmasean, and even though that's not my favorite - it was still pretty good. The homemade noodles ARE delicious though! I would definitely come back and eat here, but not pay for it....…
Great place for lunch. This was a great diamond in the rough! I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a great homemade Italian meal.
