Tips for Pizza Alley

Worst customer service ever!. Mr. Michael Bracket at 303-455-0815 said that he would reprimand his staff for the very poor customer service after I ordered for delivery. What made me mad was the fact that I have lived at this same address for over 25 years and I had ordered from this place over many, many years.

I suggest that anyone thinking about ordering from this restaurant reconsider their decision. From my last experience, I am quite certain the consumer and customer will be very disappointed. I was very disappointed with my last interaction. The rudeness of being hung up on is only a fraction of their problems.

Anthony's pizza is a half a block away and that may be a better choice. I thought the Highlands North Denver district was a very friendly geographic location as it was for so many many years. However, times have changed. So has the quality of service at Pizza Alley. It's too bad because it used to be a favorite place.

No longer... Move on - - - Pizza Alley delivery will be a disappointment. It is time to move on, beyond Pizza Alley. Kick their ass goodbye.

the Highland's top pizza spot. This is my favorite Denver pizza joint. It's on the corner of Lowell & 32nd Ave in Highland Square. It really is a good place to get some pizza & beer, pre-partying as we say.

It's a small shop and gets very packed and hot at times but the good staff and food are worth it. If you just want the pie, delivery is the best option and living in the neighborhood we have tried all the local delivery spots, this is the only one we have called back. just saying...

Awesome and Cheap!. Pizza Alley's pizza is really good if you like typical NY style pizza! The crust is thin, chewy, and tasty and the ingredients are always piled on! We love this place!

Pizza that is not for people who wear sport fleece vests.. If you own a vest that is made out of fleece you should get your pizza somewhere else because if you try it you will tell your friends who also wear sport fleece that you found the best pizza in Denver and then they will tell their friends and then the owner will probably want to wish he or she was never conceived. THE END.

Decent Pizza, but not as good as the other reviews say it is. We're from the east coast and consider ourselves pizza-holics. We appreciate all kinds of pizza (sicilian, thin, greek, etc). Pizza Alley is what we would call "good pizza". it doesn't knock your socks off but for Denver it's pretty darn good. It's not super thin nor is it thick crust--it's right in the middle. The sauce is pretty sweet and the cheese is quality mozz. The Meatball Grinder is also pretty decent. The bread is the best part. I wouldn't recommend getting a calzone. Somehow they've totally missed the boat on that one. I won't get into specifics, lets just say it isn't very italian at all. The people that work there are very curtious and thier delivery people are also very nice. We order from here about 1x per week. If you're from the east coast don't get your hopes up but if you're from anywhere else you'll love it.

Snazzy. Good New York style pizza with homemade sauce. It's not the same each time, so you know it's not from a can. Crispy crust, friendly staff, quick delivery.
