Terrible Longevity and Replacement Policy. Delivery was on time and good for valentines day, but everything else about the experience was terrible. The arrangement was not what I expected, and was not done in an impressive manner at all, and on top of that, the flowers (with excellent care by my girlfriend) only lasted 3.5 days before they were wilted and dead, and Lehrer's refused to do anything about this because it was past the 3 day mark

fresh flowers!. I decided to decorate my office with flowers. I picked up flowers from here and I was impressed!! They tailored the style of the arrangement to the modern/trendy style of my business. After all the compliments I have received on my beautiful flowers, I plan to have an arrangement delivered weekly! My office looks great with the added touch of fresh flowers and I love the creativity and attention to detail that went into the arrangement!

good recommendation. I was recommended this florist by my friend for my sister who just had a baby! The flowers were sent to the hospital immediately and it was the most adorable arrangement for a new baby! they were perfect for the occasion. Exceptional quality and service.

thank you Lehrer's. I ordered flowers for my wife last minute for our anniversary and Lehrer's delivered the same day and when they said they would. On top of that the arrangement was incredible! It made my wife happy so I'm happy!

love my flowers!. The flowers, the colors, the quality, the customer service, the delivery made this place unique and special! I love the flowers I got and I love the flowers I ordered for a party I threw at my house! I have never received so many compliments on the decorations of my party thanks to the beautiful center pieces!!! I recommend this florist to you!!

Avoid if you want your flowers delivered on time!. Twice this company delivered my bouquets late...two days late! I managed to get a refund after numerous discussions with the manager indicating how ridiculous it was to be charged since the roses did not arrive on time. If you want reliable and timely service I would not recommend this company. After speaking to the manager it seemed as though I was not the only customer with this complaint.

DO NOT USE FOR YOUR WEDDING DAY. This was one of the worst experinces EVER! Not only are the designs unoriginal but the flowers were gross! The man who was suppose to "help" us was a complete PIG! I was waiting for my mother at an appointment and I over heard a phone call about a specific arrangement I had a question about and he actually told the person he was talking to that my budget was unlimited and he was going to make a lot of money off me! Yeah I have a large budget but that doesn't neccesatate that you should rip me off! He was increadably rude to my wedding planner and refused to listen to the suggestions and ideas which my wedding planner and I had previously discussed. He was trying to hard and was way out of his league. I used them again for another function and when the 2 arrangements arrived they didn't match and the roses that were in the originally picked arrangement were so small and ugly. I tried to return them and they offered me any of the other made arragngements which were even worse. Overall AWFUL will never even go into the store again!

Special Delivery...Correct and On Time!. My sister just had a baby. When I called Lehrer?s I was going to send just a typical arrangement of roses. However, when I called the girl on the phone told me about all of the different choices that I could also do for a new baby. She told me about various gift baskets, character vases including Elmo, a baby wagon and a yellow ducky vase. I was not aware that Lehrer?s had offered these items. I was very excited by this. I ended up picking out the Yellow Duck arrangement with an assortment of flowers. And when I got to the hospital to see her, there the flowers were. It was the most adorable vase and the flowers looked very healthy and vibrant. I will definitely use Lehrer?s and will recommend to a friend as well.

Horrific Flowers. I received a bouquet of flowers on Saturday, May 13, 2006. In two days the three white roses, three pink carnations, three SMALL bunches of spray roses and loads and loads of FILLER stuff died $70 worht of flowers). I called to tell them that in less than 36 hours, the flowers were dead. Finally, customer service person informed me that the order had been cancelled and the credit card refunded as the sender was not happy with the flowers. What I don't understand is that for $70 how this company can do what they have done and NOT offer ONE TIME to replace this cheap bouquet with the appropriate one she ordered. They were delivered in an unmarked van with no a/c, all windows were open and there was NO water in the vase! And if it happened to another person she ordered flowers for. NEVER LEHRER'S AGAIN.
