Ziggies - New Ownership in late 2007 - Renovated & a great intimate setting for live music 7 nights a week!. In late 2007 Ziggies came under new ownership, new management, and all new staff. Many renovations have taken place already, with great plans for future enhancements and improvements to the Oldest Blues Bar in Colorado.

At Ziggies, it's ALL about the live music. Live music is featured every night of the week at Ziggies. All open mic / open stage nights are FREE with NO COVER charge. PA system and backline is provided for the open stage nights. Check the website for the current calendar and lineup.

On Friday & Saturday nights Ziggies presents some of the best headliner bands locally in Colorado as well as featuring regional, national, and international talent. The band sets the cover price on Friday & Saturday shows and for special events.

Ziggies - where it's all about keeping music aLIVE - we feature Blues, R&B, New Jazz, Motown, Funk, Groove, Acoustic, World music, some rock, etc. etc. etc.

Ziggies has an extensive liquor and beer selection. Speciality drinks include numerous made from scratch libations! Margaritas, Horney-Gramma: Hornitos with Grand Mariner, the Wabo-ly Gramma: Cabo Wabo with Grand Mariner, not to mention the kickin Bloody Mary with Absolut Peppar and many, many spices and our Godiva Chocolate Martini! A dangerous 'Chocolate Cake' and "Alligator Bite". Our Pitu (gold & silver) Caipirinha has established quite the reputation as being among the best in Colorado - from many of our Brazilian patrons!

We carry an extensive selection of premium tequila, vodka, rum, cachaca and span the gammot of scotch and whiskey.

Ziggies features 5 beers on tap - Stella, Sam Adams, NewCastle, Shock-Top, and PBR. We typically carry about 50 brands of bottled beer, including at least 3 Non-Alcoholic beers. We have an extensive list of Non-Alcoholic beverages available for just about every palet!

As dives go, this is one of the best in town--a haven for cheap beer, gritty ambience and live blues.. In Short
This well-worn joint delivers the goods for those who crave a little edge in their drinking holes. The main attractions are live, working-class blues music and draft beer. The draft list includes beers from Bud, Redhook, New Belgium and Samuel Adams on tap. Saturday's 1pm to 7pm happy hour gets customers a half buck off everything in the joint.

Friendly Blues Club. I love this club. It's gritty, but not nasty, all ways some interesting characters. Great service and fantastic bands. You'll be amazed at the quality of musicians you find playing inside this bar.
