Star rating should be -10. Worst dental visit expereince in my life! Followed by mistakes on billing my insurance bordering on insurance fraud. Considering turning them into the State Attorney General for double billing.

Good experiance. Look, first off i hate going to the dentist. I had many many bad experinces as a kid ect ect. Going to a dentist growing up I always seemed to need a filling at my old dentist. no matter how well i took care of my teeth. Now keep in mind it had been almost 7 years since my last visit. I got insurance and decided to go. Dr. Martinez was nice to me. She didn't drag me through the coals about my lack of visits. I had a xrays, cleaning , and and exam done. After all that It was just a minor filling (no big deal). I had pain with the filling shortly after. I went back in and a exam was done and tests. Turned out to be nothing. I came in 6 months later. Had an exam and cleaning. No fillings needed! Now my dental habbits have no changed over the years, in my mind this means one thing to me. I came in expecting a lot of work to be done. Dr. Martinez was very honest and was not taking advantage of me. This means a lot to me. Due to past experiances I am not trusting to a dentist ans she is earnign my trust. All my work was done, and done well and explained in detail to me before anything was done. As long as she keeps this up I will keep coming back, and will keep recomending her. Thank You Dr. Martinez for earing my trust and helping me get my smile back

Horrible, horrible!. Horrible, horrible staff! Do not go to this dentist office. Before we could get an issue resolved with our insurance, which turned out to be an error with my employer, the office staff and dentist was accusing me of being a scammer trying to get free dental services! If they had been patient for 10 minutes the issue would have been resolved and the insurance would have shown, but instead they jumped to the conclusion that I was a lyer. Are you kidding me!!!! Do you want to have these type of people working on your teeth. I got the hell out of there as fast as my car would drive me!
