My detailed BAD expierence. It looks nice from the outside...then you walk into a dark entrance and don't get greeted by anyone. Next you have to walk through a very long dim hall way.

You get to a "cashier" and order before you get to your table. The cashier will not tell you how much you owe because you pay later and it is NOT on the reciept.

next you walk through another long maze of chained dim pathways to a door area where they give you the food you ordered and your drinks on a tray.

Then somehow your supposed to manage carrying your own heavy trays full of drinks and food and carry your 1 year old and handle your other children while pregnant-up a steep twisty incline in yet another dim hallway to yet another person who will take you to your seat......whew....



my husband and i orded the all you can eat chicken dinner and they only gave us HALF of what it is supposed to come with. i told this to the server and she said you have to spicificly say you want the other stuff or you dont get it even though you pay for it.

The entertainment is ok for a bunch of 5 and 7 year olds but for adults it is cheezy and boring. The arcade is full of dated games, the cave is stupid and half the games they had only take quarters. So i bought their expensive tokens and ended up useing quarters instead- BIG RIP OFF-

The food is BAD- its worse then bad and it is way over priced for what it is. Toco Bell has much better food for lower prices. this CRAP is loaded with tons of salt and it is obvious that it is all instant. I gave mine to my husband because I could not eat it.

The whole place is very run down and dated. They brag that they built it without useing blue prints, and it is soo obvious because things are falling apart and it looks cheap. Also it is not clean and my sons highchair had someone elses left over food on it and the bottle of honey, salt and pepper were sticky and had fingerprints.

Bottom line I will not go back .

Food is disgusting and over priced.

It is not a clean well kept or friendly place at all.

It is a huge rip off.

The entertainment they brag about is mediocre at best.

Food is horrible!!!. They made me buy food for my kids(4 years and 23 months) witch they did not eat because they are at the age that they want Mommy or Daddy's food! It was very hot and humid, we were sweating. The food was really gross we all felt really sick the next day! Our bill was $68 WOW!!! The only thing that was good was the show and water fall oh and the sopapilla's! The cave was boring and the arcade is just to small!!! I will NEVER go back again!  View Less … View More
