Website has poor, misleading information. On the website, it clearly states that they "Install" replacement windows. What they mean to say is that they will, for an additional charge, install windows that you buy from them. Otherwise, they won't even give you the time of day. No matter what they say, it is clear they are just trying to make as much profit for as little work as possible.
