Quicksilver Express Courier

5 years of great service. It looks like only unhappy customers post here. It is time to give this company some credit. My company uses them everyday and up to maybe a dozen deliveries a day to send our time sensitive products all over the front range. Of course there is the occasional hiccup do to traffic or a lost driver, you can't expect perfecton all the time but they come pretty darn close. Don't trust with important, time sensitive deliveries.. I've avoided Quicksilver because my boss said they were unreliable. Once I gave them a try they proved him right. The parcel had not been picked up by 1 hour before delivery. When I called they were very appologetic, saying the order had accidentally been cancelled, but they would 'try' to get it there on time. My client received delivery 9 minutes late. Had I not "babysat" the situation, they still wouldn't have it.…

Traffic in Denver?. Like everyone else has never 'gotten stuck in traffic'! We all know its getting harder and harder to get 'round town. Just because they are a courier service, doen't mean they can't get stuck. Yes, their Customer Service has it bad moments, but they can excel too; just like any company. With the price of gas, its a wonder they can get anybody to drive for them or anybody else.…

LATE!!. Definitely unreliable - we had a package ready at 11am, and were told it would be delivered BY 2:30. At 5pm, we were told the driver was "having traffic issues" and at a quarter to six they showed up! Needless to say our shipment was delayed a day, and our customers were not happy with us.…
