I'm all done with Foothills BMW. My 2 year and 5 month old $1200. clutch job is toast. I got aprox. 20k miles out of it and the service manager at Foothills says that the clutch plate is completely worn out. He called

BMW North America to see if they would do anything

for me.....ha ha ha ha ha. Parts only would

be covered, IF, it had gone bad 5 months earlier.

Too bad, so sad.

They were happy to give me an estimate to repair it

again....this time the tab would be $1,392.31.

I asked why should I expect to get more than 20k mi.

out of yet another new clutch job and they didn't have much

to say about it, wished me good luck and went on

about their business.

The conclusions that I am taking away from

this situation are:

1. I am all done with Foothills BMW.

2. I am all done with BMW motorcycles.

a complete "Lose-Lose" situation and

BMW North America and Foothills BMW are totally

ok with this.  View Less

Foothills BMW Is a Horrible Excuse for a motorcycle Shop!. I went in to buy a new bike a short time ago and was ignored the whole time I was in there. I was on the sales floor and ignored and I was ignored in the apparel area as well. I decided they didn't want my business after all and headed to the Other BMW shop in Aurora and biy howdy I am happy now!! I was welcomed and treated well as soon as I walked in. Foothills is dark and dreary inside also, not very welcoming at all! I will never spend a dollar in Foothills even thought I live right next to it, I will keep driving by....  View Less View More

Very Satisfied Repeat Customer. I didn't write a review to CitySearch when I made my original purchase about 1 year ago, but if I had it would also have been 5-Star. Since my original purchase, I have become a repeat customer. My wife and I have now purchased 5 motorcycles from Foothills. The buying experience has always been very straightforward and fair. Not only on the cost of the new motorcycle, but also as far as the value given for the ones we have traded-in. We have now purchased 3 Triumphs and 2 BMW's from Foothills and each deal has been fair and smooth.

I have also made extensive use of the parts and service areas since my original purchase, add-ons, performance package, scheduled services. Everyone is very friendly there. I am greeted by name when I walk into the dealership, by service, by sales, by parts. It is part of the experience that makes someone become a repeat customer.

I don't know what to make of the negative reviews. I guess even the best of dealers and the nicest of people can have bad day where everything doesn't go right. Whenever I have had an issue that I am not completely happy about I have found that they are always willing to go out of their way to come to a fair and reasonable solution. In my experiences so far they have been more than fair.

My wife and I will, without a doubt, purchase our next motorcycles from Foothills as well.  View Less

GREAT DEALERSHIP. In the market for a new BMW. Have been doing my services here (even though I did not buy here originally) and have received nothing but great service. Had one problem in the past but Kevin the service manager got right into it and had it resolved on my next visit. Buying experience was excellent. Sales manager Matthew supported his sales guy Wayne very well and they were very responsive to my questions and issues. Know their BMWs well, also have the Triupmh brand so you know they are not just promoting the BMW since they have a choice. Also very up to date on other brands. Very positive buying experience. These guys concentrate on doing their job well and do nott spend any time bad mouthing other dealerships or the other brands They sell positively.. Professional operation with service a high priority in sales, parts and service. Great experience and I got the deal I wanted as well.  View Less View More

Super Service. Tired of commission hungry salesmen in many of the bike shops we visited, we finally went to Foothills Triumph where we were treated professionally. We went in to browse, but ended up leaving with a new Triumph Bonneville- goes to show how important a sales team is in a successful business. As we left (salesman) Jim said "welcome to the family." I didn't get what he meant until later when we were struck by a car on our bike and for months dealt with the insurance hassels. Sales Manager Matthew Morrison proved himself to be a top rate manager. He always knew who we were when we called , helped with questions, and assisted us through all our post- accident troubles. He certainly didn't have to, but he took the time to take care of his customers.Don't bother going anywhere else, the service is excellent and it's worth becoming part of the Foothills family.  View Less View More
