Friendliest staff in Denver, I would not go anywhere else. I was looking for bikes shops in Denver online last summer and found this one and read the good reviews, so I decided to check it out. Everyone there is willing to help to find whatever you need and will answer any questions you have. I bought a bike there and I love it, and whenever I have a problem with it, they fix the problem for free, no questions asked.

I like to ride my bike down to the shop every now and then to check out the selection of bikes and maybe take one for a test ride. One of the guys I worked with remembers me by name every time I go in there!

If you are in the market for a new bike, or just want work done on your bike, you should check this place out. You won't be disappointed!

Phenomenal customer service. This is the best service I've ever gotten at a bike store. Although they couldn't work on my moped (store policy), they loaned me tools and showed me how to do it myself. They even discounted the chain because they couldn't put it on themselves! Then, when I lost the chain and went for another one, the guy discounted the second one just so I wouldn't have to pay full price for losing the first one. Along with being super-nice with prices, the entire staff is extremely courteous and they even remember me. Seriously, go out of your way to get to this shop.

Best. Shop. Ever.. This is by far the best shop in Denver. I had my bike serviced there and they did a incredible job. The selection is great, and the staff is even better. I am a pretty discerning cyclist and I don't often review things, but I felt it worth my time. Everyone that rides in denver owes it to themselves to check this place out. I won't be shopping anywhere else that is for sure.

Super service, super guys. These guys were super-fast on fixing my tire--they were done in 15 minutes. Meanwhile, they helped me pick out a seat that would be comfortable for me, rather than the most-popular or most-expensive models. Great service, great guys.
