Wish I could give LESS THAN ONE. Wish I could give LESS THAN ONE STAR!

Mini detail for $65 = broken side panel for dash and not even a vacuuming of the trunk.

Would not take responsibility for the damage, furthermore the person in charge couldn't communicate with his workers as they speak another language.

Property damage seems par for the course. I took a family member's car here for the shampoo-doozy of interior services. Sure it was clean, but it also had a broken window controls and driver's side seat. The manager first tried to say that I dropped off a car with a stuck open window (although it could be magically closed long enough to run it through the wash). Then he changed his story and pointed out that they have up to 500 cars to wash and detail daily, and sometimes stuff gets broken because they are working so fast. He fixed the window control, but refused to deal with the seat, nor to provide me with any sort of coupon so that I could give them another chance. He reminded me that they serve 500 cars a day, so my return business was meaningless. Deplorable customer service considering they are handling some pretty expensive property.

DO NOT GO HERE. My wife took her brand new Highlander to this place and when they were drying it they used a dirty towel leaving significant scratches on the rear corners and a couple swirl scratches on the side. We have take all of our cars here in the past without issues but when this happened and my wife tried to talk to Bob about immediately after it happened he actually laughed in her face and said it was impossible that a dirty towel could cause the scratches. When i asked him for a towel, dropped it on the sandy concrete and then asked him where his car was so we could test his proclamation I was told to leave.

Bob who I guess is the manager needs to be demoted to parking lot sweeper.

Bottom line is do not go here

Horrible. I took my car there to get the inside done. they have the cars parked entirely to close together while swinging open the doors and hitting other doors. After forty dollars and thirty minutes i got the kind of work i could have done in ten minutes in the garage. Do not go here if you value your vehicle they dont value your business. When i was trying to leave someone put a car right behind mine and when i asked him to move got nothing but attitude. and a refusal to move the car i had to ask for a manager at which point the employee just walked off and ignored me

Worst car wash ever. This place is a horrible car wash and a worse business. I asked them to not use any products(plastic conditioner) inside the car. That was too hard for them. They missed some spots after working on the car for at least 30 minutes and then on my way home I noticed they had broken my rear view mirror. When I went back minutes later the owner denied responsibility and was incredibly rude. If you like your car, at all, do not take it here!
