driver refused to give back change

they came and got me at wheat ridge and took me to the denver coliseum because there was an event going on over there. when i got there, the fare was about 24.36, and i didnt have any other change so i gave him a 100.00 bill. when i asked him for change back, he ignored me and drove off.

do not call this company for anything!

• Cons: they may not give you any change

Waited an hour and no service Dispatch hungup

On July 02/09 I waited one hour, and repeated calls to company. Concierge called too. Dispatcher hung up on me. I am not satisfied. Poor customer service skills.
