Hats off to Mia Hatley. I have had some really bad experiences at hair salons, so I tried Urban Renewal timidly as I do with most salons. I had a couple hair stylists cut my hair and do a fair job at UR. But as soon as I got my hair done by Mia, I was hooked. She really does a great job at understanding what I want from my hair cut experience. I usually come in feeling a little disheveled but she really does an incredible job at making me feel wonderful and relaxed by the time I leave because my hair looks and feels so great! Her cuts grow out really well. You can replicate them when you get home because she shows you how. She doesn't try to convince you to do something with your hair you are not comfortable with, and really listens to what you do want done with your hair. She is also great at conversation while in the chair. Makes you feel like you're the only client that matters in the room. I've since moved from Denver to the Northwest and have not found my Mia up here and miss her talent dearly. So go see her. You will walk away feeling like a million bucks....like your day is all the sudden so much better than it was when you walked in.

Suzee Q. the Pro!. When I came to Suzee Q. for a new hair style and color she showed me a portfolio of her clients' hair and books with the latest styles and colors. The consultation was the most important step in making the best choice for my hair type and maintenance requirements. I learned about which products will help me achieve the look at home that she produced in the salon. I haven't been happier with my new hair cut and highlights and I have been receiving tons of compliments!

the best in denver. My hair was black when I went in to see Mia to have it lightened for summer. I had been coloring it myself, and a previous attempt to lighten with another salon turned me hot orange. Mia listened to y requests! She gave me a great cut and was able to get my hair to the light brown I wanted, and it was not too warm! Now that I have been to Urban Renewal, I will never go anywhere else!

Great Hair. I had a bad hair coloring situation, and went to UR for help. I was referred to Mia who did an incredible job giving me options on how to repair the damage. She did a wonderful job fixing the bad color in my hair, and made it look great. She was personable and fun, and really knew what she was doing.

Suzee is amazing!. I have had more than a few stylists over the years and I keep coming back to Suzee, she never disappoints. You get what you asked for and then some. I always end up happier than when I came in, as opposed to walking out miserable at other salons. Suzee's color and cuts are both miraculous.

We love our hair! Thank You!. Me and my college bound daughters all came in to Urban Renewal and received top notch treatment! James made my long hair shine again and Yvone and Suzee did the best highlights I've ever seen on my girls long thick hair. Since their off to college the stress was on for perfection and they really came threw! I have been back for a haircut since the first time and again James did great!

BEST HAIRSTYLIST. I happen to be one of those picky clients most hairstylist dont want to have but Amanda has taken care of me for the past 5 years she has gotten me from blue black to blonde without damage! I love my hair color now perfect dimension and color. She listens to you. She works with me till I love it even when I am difficult I have referred over 7 people to her which is big for me. She is my hairstylist for life!

wonderful!. i recently went to the salon for color and was ecstatic about the end results! I saw Amanda and she made the color look exactly how i wanted it to look. My hair had been colored really terribly at a different salon and she managed to fix it... it looks better than it ever has. I LOVE IT! I have referred all of my friends and family to see her.

PERFECT. Just moved here from Chicago and had a hard time finding someone to replace my perfect hairdresser back home and then found Jamie. His cuts are perfect and then he highlighted/lowlighted and it was perfect. He is the best and so glad I found him. My sister in Conifer is going to make the drive to go to him.

Awesome!. For the past couple of years I have been getting my haircuts at Urban Renewal. The staff they have there is great. I originally had a different stylist but ended up with Mia. She is GREAT! I have very thick hair and she understood exactly how it needed to be cut in order to make it manageable and make my cuts last a long time as I only like to get mine done every 3 to 4 months. She takes the time to make sure she understands what you want done and is great at making suggestions to update my look with the current trends. I definitely recommend her!
