Decent neighborhood joint. For those folks who live in Capitol Hill, Barricudas provides someplace for a decent breakfast burrito or burger. The service is erratic, ranging from very friendly to rude and incompetant. If you don't expect too much you'll be okay.

Great neighborhood place. It's not too fancy. It's not too scuzzy. It's just right. A real neighborhood place. Kind of a weird combination of pool hall, diner, wine cellar, and Grandma's living room. Burgers are very good, especially the South of the Border, smothered in green chile. Fries are excellent. Majestic chicken sandwich is my favorite. Good food, low prices.
