bad pizza bad service. The owner is a complete moron service was the worst,pizza was like cardboard this place should be closed down, bad food rude employee's and the owner dose not care if your satisfied or not he could care less,this place is filthy,dirty,and I will never eat here again.

avoid at all cost

Terrible Pizza and customer service. We ordered two pizzas which where delivered one hour fifteen minutes later. Both pizzas were burned on the bottom. We called and the manager was rude and did not offer an apology nor an option for the mistake. The manager hang the phone up in an angry manner to us. I do not recommend to buy pizza in this place

disappointing. This place has gone downhill in a big way. It used to be called Pizza Vera and had fantastic New York style pizza -- greasy but delicious. Since they became "Sexy Pizza" there has been a significant decline in the quality of the pizza and the service. The last time I ordered from here it took nearly 2 hours to deliver (I live within three blocks) and we could barely finish one slice because it was so bad. Sauce was bland and the toppings were clearly not fresh. Never again.

A waste of time. We have ordered pizza from here 7 or 8 times. It was great the first 5 times. It takes way to long for delivery. Tonight it took an hour and a half. We ordered white pizza with marinara sauce on the side. When delivered the pizza was cold and no marinara sauce. I called and the guy told me they would send the marinara sauce right over. A few minutes later he called me back and said they were too busy to bring it to us. I proceeded to tell him the pizza tasted like sh** and he hung up on me. My son called back and spoke to someone who claimed to be the manager. This person apologized but didn't offer to do anything about the situation. Terrible customer service! I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Great Greasy Italian Style Pizza. If you love greasy Italian style pizza, you're not gonna find a better place in Denver. I haven't had anything else but pizza there, so I can't vouch for their other stuff.

Where's the sauce?. We ordered a pie and a salad for delivery. The order was delivered on time and the driver was friendly. The salad was pretty good but the pizza did not have any pizza sauce! I called to inquire and they claimed they put sauce on it but that it might be light due to the number of toppings (veggie pizza plus canadian bacon). They may have been right but I could not see or taste any sauce and therefore I did not like it. It's also too thick of pizza for my preference. I guess I'll keep searching for great non-chain pizza in Denver.

Terrific pizza. Really good pizza, especially the ricotta, garlic and tomato. Quick delivery and very friendly service. Why order from the chains when you can have Pizza Vera?

Good tasting pizza, but not consistent at all. Depends on who's working.. The pizza here can be very good. It can also be very mediocre depending on the quality control of who's working. I have also gone in to buy dough a couple of times and the cost varies from 2.00 to 3.50 for the same thing. The special is buy a slice with a large drink and get a second slice free- what the sign doesn't say (they made this change relatively recently) is that one of the slices has to be cheese or pepperoni instead of any slice. Classic Italian logic. The white pizza (ricotta, garlic, cheese, tomatoes) and the spinach pizza (spinach, ricotta, garlic, cheese) are both delicious and the best they have in my opinion. I have ordered chicken before as a topping on a pizza and they neglect to inform you that it is actually BREADED chicken, not regular chicken. It is NOT good breaded and I don't recommend chicken as a topping. Don't expect great service or fast service as it is another inconsistent thing about pizza Vera. However, it is better than any other pizza I have had in denver and is inexpensive (and in the neighborhood). Another nice thing is that there is a liquor store kitty corner if you like beer or wine with your pizza (yellow tail is always on sale for 6.99 there).

quantity not quality. excess of grease, dough and cheese. but 7.50 for a large pie is a pretty good deal if you're not too picky about taste.

its pizza, but it shuldn't be best of anything.

Friendly Neighborhood Pizza. For a quick pizza fix that won't hurt your wallet, this place is for you. The pizza is delectable and the service is very friendly. Great food, done fast, for cheap. Helps to live in the area.
