I have seen Jonathan Ryan for over a year now. He was currently at Centre Salon in Tiffney Plaza, but now is at the Namaste salon, and it seems to fit him so well! This man has transformed my hair into healthy pretty long hair again. He gives the best scalp treatments, and he really knows what he is doing. This industry has his name written all over it. I told him he needs to work for the stars!! He loves what he does, and it shows the way he takes the time to go over everything he is doing, and explaining it if you don't understand. He has patience, and drive, and is an amazing stylist, and person. Don't hesitate to make an appt. with this man, you WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED!

SINCERELY,

JODI :)

Worst Customer Service EVER!. My husband bought me a gift certificate for a pedicure at Namaste Salon. One Saturday morning, I called Namaste salon six times, several hours apart, double-checking the phone number on both their website and business card in an attempt to schedule an appointment. Every time, I got a fax machine. So, I tried to go down there in person to redeem my gift certificate but no dice. No one could give me a pedicure. Frustrated, I asked for my money back. Except the lady behind the desk told me that because there wasn't a gift certificate invoice number written on the certificate, I would need to speak to a manager about getting my money back. I left my name and number to have a manager call me. No one called me. Several weeks later, I emailed the manager, Rick, to explain the situation. My husband’s bank statement can prove he purchased the certificate. He simply said my husband could redeem the gift certificate for product.

Tonight, my husband detoured on the way home from work to exchange the gift certificate for product. He picked up a $23 jar of hair product and they refused to give him change. He asked to speak to a manager, who also refused change.

All in all, it's just bad business practices to be so rude and disrespectful to your customers. Their poor customer service made what should have been a nice, pleasant, relaxing experience and made it a very drawn out, messy and unpleasant one. Just beware and DON'T waste your money on their gift certificates because you might not be able to use them and they don't honor them.

you cannot be upset with anyone being rude to you when you are rude first.

Best Cut and Color Ever!. I went to the Namaste Salon on Broadway because I loved the 9th ave location but moved closer to the one on Broadway. First of all, the front desk person was so helpful in suggesting a stylist to fit my short and funky hair.

The stylist was great! She gave me exactly what I was looking for and suggested some great Aveda products, which I love! The whole experience was great! I felt very pampered when I left. I will recommend this salon to all my friends!
