Big O Tires

Incompetent SERVICE!. Lost locking lugnuts which cost $41. Spent $60 to balance tires properly and have receipt to prove. Given spare and it was flat. Having to be towed!!! $659.60 I spent on 9/10/11 for four tires. EVERYTIME we go to get tires rotated, or fixed, we have service problems. Approximately in mid-October 2011, we had tires rotated and the locking lug nut on the front tire was, "lost" and so we were unable to do our brakes. Contacted company and sought replacement. Called numerous times and it took telling the owner in November, 2011 to get help. ACCUSED of LYING! They are the only ones who touched my vehicle!!!! Went to get a spare November 2 or 3, 2011 for our trip to California for a family funeral. We were unaware at the time that our spare was FLAT! On Dec. 15, 2011, we woke to a flat tire. Pulled out the spare and it too was flat. We are having to be towed. Called the manager, at Big - O tires at 6:40 am to explain and ask why we have a flat. Manager accused me of lying that owner did not give me a spare because he was in another town!!!!! I got angry and told Manager it was one thing or another with his attitude, his service, and now he was accusing me of lying. I asked him to have owner call me. He said the owner would NOT call me until he got back to work. I found manager to be extremely rude, extremely unprofessional and I will never ever ever return to let the incompetent team touch my vehicle again.
