Order everything from steak ranchero, taquitos al carbon and beef tacos to tostadas, tamales and smothered burritos. Then finish off each meal with some flan or fried ice cream. We have the food and drinks to satisfy any hunger. Come by, take a shot and have a good time. View Less … View More
Great Burritos. I went for lunch yesterday and found a new mexican place! A little hard to find....but great food.
Small family-operated Mexican chain has been thriving in Colorado for more than two decades..
In Short
This local chain of home-style Mexican restaurants offers up tasty and filling classic dishes in a sparkling clean, but
basic environment. Meals are served from breakfast to dinner, with clientele ranging from employees from local businesses to families. Entrees include carnitas estilo michoacan--melt-in-your-mouth chunks of spicy, simmered pork. There's also green-chili enchiladas and sides such as refried beans and Spanish rice with chopped tomato, potato and onion.

#1 Mexican Restaurant in Colorado. 12 years and counting. Family owned by authentic Mexicans. My favorite dish is three chicken burritos smothered with green chili, lettuce & cheese. Green chili sauce is spiced with real green chilis, not ordinary ground black pepper like at the Rio Grande. The rice is fluffy mixed with potatoes. Large, charming dining rooms with closed captioned sports TVs. Oddly located in a residential neighborhood, but that only enhances the ambiance. Seating and service is fast, even on busy Saturday nights. Full service bar. Plenty of parking across the street. Also, family-friendly. If you're a food connoisseur who appreciates Mexican fare and is not into trendy hype, then this is the place for you. View Less … View More
Hot Sauce/Salsa is bad!. Had some trouble with seating, but the food was good for the most part and great prices. The refried beans were really good as was the Spanish rice. But the salsa or hot sauce was something like Campbells tomato sauce, very runny with dark chips that had been fried in old grease. I guess this is where they save on $ for your meal. Try La Loma for some really good Mexican food or for great burritos Petes (the best), Chubs (wonderful hot green chili) or Wahoos (very tasty in the green wet sauce). View Less … View More
