Super unique selection. Boutique in the truest sense of the word.. I was starving for an upscale boutique and tired of Neiman's or Nordstrom. A client canceled and I just happened to be driving down Colorado Blvd and noticed the Garment District. The buyers for this place must be wildly classy dames. I found an amazing suit that screams New York. I can't wait to go back and shoe-up! They have some of the most unique pieces! It's hard to explain but in my mind it was everything a clothing boutique should be. That doesn't mean you can't find reasonable pricing either. They have a full spectrum of pricing, but the quality is very hight overall.

Staff was sweet as pie, but I prefer to not be followed so closely while shopping. It's my thing, I know. Some women like to get help.

Still don't let that stop you. Go fashion divas and check it out.

Great place for jeans!. I have to say that the two reveiwers who were unhappy must have been at the wrong store! I am a complete wreck when it comes to trying on clothes--I hate the 'scene,' feel awkward , and so on. The sales people at The Garment District were terrific. They were very helpful and patient and were right on about the fit. They also had a very good selection, and I will definitely return to shop there again.

Friendly staff, great selection. I went to find pair of jeans that fit just right. The staff was exceedingly helpful and eager to please, and the selection is excellent. The woman who helped LISTENED carefully to what I wanted, then a few pairs for me to try. She gave me her honest opinion on the fit of each pair- I really felt she was there to help me and not just to sell jeans. She even sent me a nice postcard later to thank me for shopping with them!

This place ROCKS!. I recently came here to get jeans and the salespeople were amazing. They helped me pick out a perfect pair and just made me feel really good about myself and what I was purchasing. It felt like I was shopping with my best girlfriends. When I checked out the girl that was helping me said that they are trained when they first get hired. In training they must try on every pair of jeans (EVERY PAIR) and make notes on how they fit. I will never go to Nordstroms again for my jeans.

Favorite non retail chain in Denver. I have been shopping at the Garment District for years and love it. They have a great selection of jeans and some unique items you wouldn't find in some retail chains. The employees have always been great too. My husband loves shopping here as much as I do. They have a great mens department and really great shoes too! One piece of advice, sometimes they are low on sizes so if you love it buy it. Don't wait.

Best Jeans Selection in Denver, Service to Match!!!. As an avid and discerning shopper, I was suprised by some of the negative reviews regarding the service at this store. I have shopped there many times and been helped by several different sales people that were all extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledable about all the merchandise in the store - especially the jeans. Their selection of jeans (brands including: Seven, Citizens of Humanity, True Religion, AG, Joe's Jeans, Hudson, Lucky...) is the best in the city, topping even the high-end department stores where sizes and styles are often limited. On a recent trip to the store to find jeans, I was informed by the saleswoman helping me that every salesperson who works in the store tries on every pair of jeans - to get a firsthand understanding of the different styles and fits - as a part of their training. It definitly pays off! An added bonus: hemming is complimentary!!!

The Garment District's diverse merchandise, relaxed and unpretentious atmosphere, and helpful and friendly service have made me a customer for life!

Yuck!. Very disapointed. The staff on hand was horrid, no customer service skills at all. They had a selection that you can find at most other stores without the horrible service. The atmosphere is also drab and in need of a pick me up. All in all I would have to say that this store is on the top of the list of the worst places to step foot in.

Style and class are longtime residents at this high-end fashion retailer.. In Short
This store features Diesel jeans, French Connection skirts and Kenneth Cole shoes to match every outfit. Men will find everything from DKNY casual wear to three-piece suits. Credit cards may be a good or bad idea, depending on how much customers are willing to let themselves spend. However, shoppers can also save some funds and head toward the sales racks where many items are discounted up to 50 percent.

Hit or Miss. Usually they're very good at helping you find the perfect pair of jeans, which you know is somewhere within its walls with the great selection they have. However, I had one saleswoman who didn't know the terminology, understand body types, or different types of fits. It was annoying to say the least. I'd ask for one type of fit and she'd get something else because she didn't know what she way doing.

great shop. No, this is not the same store that is in Cambridge, Mass. and I am glad. This is a great boutique on Colorado Blvd. that sells mid-price lines like Laundry, Beth Bowley, Seven and Michael Stars. They have lots of cute dresses for summer, sexy evening tops, an excellent selection of denim and a small but nice selection of shoes. The sales people are helpful and not snobbish or intimidating. I had a great experience finding a pair of jeans there. This isn't an easy task and the sales woman I worked with was so helpful and patient. I recently moved here from Chicago and I think there are an outrageous amount of retail chains and a very limited supply of boutiques in Denver, so please support these guys and check out Denver's Garment District!
