An over head spring in my garage broke and I called Precision Garage Doors and was told they would be out between 7 and 9 but no one called or showed up. When I called Efficiency it took them less than two hours to travel to my home and replace two springs. The price that was quoted to me was in accordance with the research I had done and there were no hidden service fees. The technician was friendly, professional and quick.
