Support local business.
One of the last family run music stores in town.... disparage it at your own risk! One day your only options will be Guitar Center or Music & Arts. Do you really want that?
Local businesses can't satisfy everybody all the time... unfortunately, the return policies may not be as loose as some of the bigger places, but these little stores have to survive. The Music Box cannot afford to freely accept returns like Wal Mart does or they will be gone in weeks.

Gone Gone Gone. I used to love going to this store. They had the best customer service ever and a wonderful selection of piano and vocal music. Now they're just another store with no interest in providing any additional help to their customers. I do better online.…
Horrible customer service.
It's too bad because Denver needs good music stores. But the music box has no idea how to cultivate repeat business, which is sad because that's what a small business needs to stay in business. Not
only do they disregard your presence when you are in the store, but they are very hard to work with when the customer is in need of special orders.
If you want to feel like a valued customer, shop somewhere else.... like the internet.…
Bad customer service. (This is my first time message) I'd been going to Music Box for 3 years, although I'd never felt welcomed in the store. But, they are open on Sundays. On my last visit there, the staff member was very very very rude. I'd never been treated in that awful and disrespectful way. There is no sense of customer service. Obviously, they lost more than one customer for this bad experience.…
