It is a family run business with good food & good value. The Hummus is absolutely the best in town, give it a try, you won't be disappointed.
Although I was grown with middle eastern food, I had the worst Middle Eastern food in House of Kebab.. I ordered combo plate and it came with 2 piece of chicken and 2 piece of beef 2 falafel and the rest was hummus. I don't look for quality but I look for freshness at least. Chicken piece had a bone in it, The food was not fresh, it gave me the taste of a casa bonita. And I was right, when I saw the guy in the kitchen was speaking spanish. GET A real middle eastern chef will you?
A MUST TRY. My Fiance' and I happened into this wonderful family resturant one Friday night to try something different. It was fabulous! We've been back twice and have never been disappointed. The wait staff made excellent suggestions the first time we went. I haven't liked the taste of lamb in the past, but these lamb chops were superb! They melted in my mouth like butter! The basmati rice is delicious, and the fattouch salad has a fabulous dressing that's not too overpowering. On our most recent visit, I tried the chicken kabob.... I have to say, it was the best chicken I've ever had. I highly recommend this place for atmosphere, service, and delightful meals. IT IS A MUST TRY!!!!
Delicious!. We found this little gem today on citysearch and do not regret it. The food was great and the atmosphere was cozy. It was quiet enough to have a decent conversation and had nice Arabic music playing in the background. We ordered the Lebanese Lamb Shish Kabobs, Persian Salad and Hummus. The meat had such a nice grilled flavor and the hummus was wonderful. The waitress was very helpful and genuine. It is located near I-25 and is in the same parking lot as a Hookah store and another restaurant called Damascus. We'll definitely go back.
Awesome food, great entertainment and excellent service.
This restaurant is definitely the best Middle Eastern food I've had in Denver. I went here recently with some friends, halfway through the meal, we ended up ordering additional meals because the food was so delicious! My friends commented they had not had such amazing Middle Eastern food before now. The ambience is great (nice, yet comfortable) and the service was outstanding. Everything is well-priced.
The next time you are looking for a great experience stop by and visit them and be sure to order the Hummus appetizer...it's a must!!!
Very good overall experience!. I loved everything about this experience! Service was excellent and prompt, we were seated immediately and a waitress greeted us and got us drinks. She was very helpful in guiding us thru the menu considering no one in our party was familiar with any kind of middle eastern food. She suggested a dish that had a variety of sample foods so that we could get a taste of a bit of everything on the menu. We went on a friday and it was very busy but service was still excellent. There was a very beautiful belly dancer that I guess is there on friday and saturday nights...this was such a great addition to our evening. Everyone in our party especially the kids loved her! Our little girl kept calling her "Princess Jasmine." Overall a wonderful experience will be going back VERY soon!
BEST MEDITERRANEAN FOOD IN DENVER!!!. Food is excellent! loved the atmosphere, it's relaxing and comfortable. The dishes are very authentic and well priced. Huge portions! Enjoyed the belly dancers and the music... can't say anything negative about this place. They also have a hookah bar next door, it's a great place to hang out with friends & family!
Excellent food. excellent atmosphere.. We went for lunch, and were very pleased. The food is excellent and very affordable. The music and the decorum make you feel like you're stepping into another world. What a great find in the middle of Colorado Blvd. chain-restaurant-madness.
Best Middle Eastern Food!. My husband and I have been going to the House of Kabob for many years because the food is delicious and affordably priced. We haven't found better middle eastern food anywhere and we truly enjoy sampling the wines from Lebanon. We always receive friendly, appreciative service so we feel quite at home. The recent redecoration of the rooms is beautiful and seeing the belly dancers on the weekends really adds to the fun!
As always, the food is amazing. When it comes to middle-eastern food, I am very picky. Hands-down this place has the best shwarma and hummus in town. Service is getting quicker too!
