Shopping >Right Time Intl Watch Ctr
Denvers best watch store.
I happened upon Right Time at exactly the "right time". I work at a nursing home not far from Right Time Watches where one of my duties is to help our residents with shopping and personal need purchases. Well, long story short, I have a resident whose watch battery died and so she decided (on a small fixed income) that she should just buy another watch. I begged her to let me get a battery for her and she agreed. I went to a few places to get an idea of cost and, sadly, it looked like it would be cheaper for her to get a new watch. I had given up hope that I could find her a new battery when I found right time!
I went in at 1pm on a Friday and was immediately helped even with several customers there. They told me they would see if the battery was indeed the problem and before I knew it the battery was replaced, the watch was in my hand and they were sending me on my way for pennies. Please go here. Support this local, friendly business!
I have since been back a few times because I am an avid watch collector and new to the area. They have a great selection (including a certified pre-owned section) and a friendly knowledgeable staff.
Pros: fast, friendly, local and a great selection of watches.
Best watch store in town. Been going to Right time for over 10 years. Wouldnt trust anyone else with my watches. Great service, great people, great selection, and a great store. I strongley recommend them to anyone!
I've taken watches here to get batteries replaced before. I took several watches in this time, a few to have batteries replaced, one to have a pin replaced, one for a new cell. The owner was unpleasant, he also charged more than he quoted me.
Two of the watches I brought in were expensive and had sentimental meaning; they BOTH came back broken. The owner argued with me, saying they were broken when I brought them in. (They absolutely were NOT.) One of them was working perfectly when I brought it in, it just needed a pin replaced. Now it doesn't work at all, and this guy claims I dropped the watch before and was just trying to blame him. The other needed a cell replaced, which shouldn't have been outside of his skill set. Apparently it was, and the watch is ruined. I told him at the time that if I needed to, I would take my watches back to the jewelry store where I bought them. He assured me that he could handle it.
The least of my problems is that one of the batteries lasted less than two weeks before it died. I can only assume that he used an old battery for that one!
Stay away, take your watches to a real store or a kiosk in a mall- you will be much better off.
