Great jewelry store!. This place never failed our expectations. The atmosphere is great, professional and welcoming. Most important is that the customer service is excellent!

Jeff Lantz is the best!! He immediately impressed us with his patience, knowledge and professionalism. Two years ago, Jeff helped me and my husband to select the most gorgeous diamond for my engagement ring; and has been taking a great care of that engagement ring ever since. Jeff and Trice team continue to provide us with the best customer service. We really recommend this store!!

Best Jeweler in Town, by FAR!. Justin-

Can I echo how much I love both rings. You made the engagement ring all beautiful again-- I felt giddy when I opened it up and it was so sparkly and new.

You have been more than wonderful to us in every way through this process. Thank you, thank you, thank you. Sending all kinds of love and warm thoughts your way. I hope someday we can do something equally nice for you.

1st Timer. Location is great. Their stuff is beautiful. I bought a ring that will knock her socks off and I didn't have to rob a bank. My mom told me to shop here. She was right. I will be back.

Thank You Trice!. My soon-to-be wife and I have been looking, well she's been looking, I've been saving, for the perfect wedding ring. She saw many different settings, but wasn't "feeling it" with any of them. We went into Trice. They sat us down and asked her what she wanted in her ring. Then on a pad of paper my better half and the wonderful sales person, I think Jeff, designed the ring of her dreams. They didn't even have to send it out to be made. They have guys there on site that build the ring. I also didn't have to get a secound job in order to buy it. I just picked it up today. I'm going to sound like a girl here but... it's gorgeous! Propsing tomorrow. With this beauty I'm pretty sure she'll say yes. Thank you Trice!

Trice made it Incredible. I just got engaged and we looked all over for the perfect ring. My boyfriend and I shopped all over and FINALLY created our perfect rings at Trice. They were beyond help full and worked with us to create our ideal rings. Thanks so so so much for a great job. Also, they were priced much less than my uncle's "new york" connection. 5 stars!!!

Terrible sales procedures. Shame on you, Trice Jewelers!. Shame on you, Trice Jewelers. I recently learned that Trice Jewelers has some unethical procedures for their pricing. They tag their jewelry at twice the MSRP, and then advertise a 50% discount. No other jewelers in town price this way, and Trice is leading consumers to believe they're getting a non-existent discount. I don't know if this is illegal, but creating the illusion of value is certainly unethical! Here's my story:

My boyfriend and I are getting engaged, and he asked me to go shop for settings I like... (yay!) Envious of my friend's ring, I wanted to look at Simon G settings. I went to one jeweler, which had the ring I liked priced at $2100 (Simon G, Product# LP2027).

Then I heard Trice is having a 50-60% off sale, so I went to check them out, wanting the best value for my boyfriend. The exact same ring was tagged for $4180, but I was told they'd sell it to me for $2100!

Finally, I went to a third jeweler, who showed me the same ring (tagged for $2100) and then showed me the Simon G catalogue, with the listed MSRP for, you guessed it, $2100. Also, Trice's same sheisty mark-up applied to two other rings I had quotes for from Trice. Another Simon G Ring #MR1840 is tagged at $4840 and "discounted" to exactly $2420 (the MSRP).

As a consumer, I am insulted! I feel they're taking advantage of me just because I'm not in the industry and don't know the real value/MSRP. How can you tell me something is 50% off, only because you marked it up double? I think a 5th grader can do that math!

I am pleased to know that other jewelers in town are honest, and I think Trice's customers should be aware of this scandalous practice. I'd appreciate if you could publicly shame them for their dishonesty. For instance, maybe we could force them to have the catalogues/MSRPs on display until they learn their lesson!

If your selling your gold think Trice???. Trice Jewelers buying prices on gold average about 55%-60% of the melt value. If your stupid about the price of gold, Trice is the place for you. Do your shopping on the phone. Ask them how much they are paying per gram on 14K gold for example. My experience was that they where very apprehensive about giving any information. Finally they told me about 11.50 per gram on 14K. I called several other gold buyers and was quoted from $12-$16 per gram. I found that the coin dealers where paying the most, between 15-16 per gram. If you have a few hundred dollars worth of old jewelry this makes quit a difference. Don't believe all their hype on the radio and be smart to shop around.
