This property has the rudest most unprofessional property manager ever! How this guy has this job with such a poor attitude is beyond me. Roger Mitchell has a poor attitude and even poorer level of customer service! This guy is rude to tenants and even ruder to his employees. They also had a bank robbery here at this location. There is no security here. The parking lot is crumbling and so are the stairs and sidewalks. Rent is way too high. Homeless people living all over the property in front and back of the building which leaves us tenants feeling unsafe. Elevators are constantly broke down. Air conditioning is broke constantly as well. Lights out everywhere on the floors. I found better maintained property for half the price elsewhere.The owner and manager absolutely do not care about this property at all and that is why it sits half empty! The only good about this place was it is trash free and clean. Their groundskeeper is an amazing guy to work here. Stay away from this place. I feel sorry for the people who work and rent under Roger!
