Great Service. GREAT service! First place I've gone for an oil change that didn't pressure me for unnecessary 'maintenance'. Better prices than their competitors and they treat you as a valued customer. I noticed an oil leak. Corey made time in his schedule the same day I called, fixed the leak, topped the oil and refused to charge me because they hadn't noticed the problem at the previous oil service. Horrible, horrible service, RUN!. Service was horrible, car was in worse shape than I started and no resolution was ever made. I paid more than $1,000 and they wouldn't even look twice at the car when I came back because the problem had only gotten worse. Don't even think about this shop!…

Customer Service?. I don't know if the counter guy was having a bad day or what, but I felt unwanted and unwelcome when dropping the car off for service and again when I picked it up. In spite of the excellent job they did on my muffler I seriously don't know if I would ever go back. Hopefully he was just having a bad day...…

True Exhaust Professionals. Corey did a great job adding a 3" Magnaflow Cat-back exhaust on my Jeep Grand Cherokee. In about 1 hour everything was installed including the catalytic converter! Their prices are very competitive, I'd advise you to check House of Mufflers first. Best part, lifetime warranty on the exhaust! You can't beat that kind of deal. Mechanics you can actually trust!. We all know the rep mechanics have - the guys at House of Mufflers prove every stereotype wrong. I have been taking my car to them for over 6 years now, and I could not be happier with the service! They have always been honest and fair - I know that when they tell me what's wrong with my car, that it's really what the problem is and that they are only doing the necessary work. They're great about telling you what needs to be done RIGHT NOW and setting a schedule for other items - really helpful when there is an expensive repair or maintenance needed. I have referred friends, family and colleagues to them many times, and everyone has always been very happy with the work.
