old time biz.... you have to understand that they have been around for a long time and do biz the old fashioned way. this is appliance repair and not rocket science so don't expect edge of the envelope service. they are nice in an old fashioned way and pretty good vac techs...i have used them for years for parts and occasional repair and have no problem with them. I'd recommend them

AAA Sew and Vac East. I walked right out the place after the man was terribly rude to me. He took one look at me and already knew he had nothing to offer me! I asked how much to take a look at my sewing machine. After not listening to a word i said about what may be wrong he demanded i pay $65 to even glance at it!!!

Call around I found many places looking at them for free or a SMALL fee of $25...

I DO NOT RECOMEND THEM AT ALL!
