Cody Dental Group Pc

I am not sure about the Drs, as we totally can' t understand their techniques, however some staff need work more professionally. My wife brought my 2 kids there recently for a simple teeth cleaning, they charged us $660 for the cleaning, worse still, after treatment they told my wife we have to pay without insurance covering, because we are in PPO plan, but they just join in Delta Premier. I am very curious, why they didn' t let us know before treatment, actually the front lady requested my wife to show insurance card and told my wife the service being 100% covered by our insurance.

we have called them couple of times but nobody try to help us, no matter, in fact they made mistake. DON T RECOMMEND TO THIS CLINIC…

Great dentist, but..... My dentist was awesome, but hygienist just wanted someone to talk to about her personal life and I am convinced she missed the entire lower left quadrant of my teeth. The dentist did some of the cleaning. I didn't rat on her for not doing it (thinking it was obvious?) as I felt pretty sorry for her, but am now thinking that was really unprofessional of her.…

Still the best dentists. Well, isn't it just like us to not bother to review a business until we've had a bad experience? This was not that bad, but it was an uncomfortable experience at my last visit. I listened to some woman bitch about her personal life for way too long. I don't know if it was an RDH or assistant...she wasn;t even mine!

Anyway, the dentists here are great...I have seen two of several over the last 8 years. I still give them a very good rating overall.…
