We purchased Windows & Siding through Gravina's. Robb was our salesperson. Our siding has been through several Hail storms and held up without a dent. It is amazing how nice our house looks.
We purchased a house full of windows. Our job was delayed due to a broken window in transit. It was worth the wait. Gravina's was very nice about the situation and fixed the issue quickly. We were very pleased with the company as well as the professional workmanship from all the installers.

I was confronted by the owner, Larry, with the rudest and most disrespectful demeanor when I suggested that I was unhappy and frustrated with the very long length of time it took to complete our install due to their internal mistakes & wanted him to work with us to make the process less painful.
He was terribly rude and condescending. I asked to be reasonably compensated for their blunders - ordering the wrong window, not having the siding color we ordered & incorrectly measuring the kitchen window resulting in larger framing needed. In addition, one of the windows they installed cracked only a week later. Rather than produce quality customer service, Larry said I was demanding and he would get me flowers for my trouble in the most belittling manor. I have never been treated with such little respect and will NEVER use this company again.
I recommend that anyone who wants good customer service, timely install and quality products - GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! Do not use Gravias - you will only end up frustrated and disappointed by their customer service & product.
Lousy service, windows just OK – We replaced a sliding door and two windows for about $3,000. The energy efficiency is definitely better than it was but frankly for this amount I wish it were better. I still have to keep my shades down if it is really cold. Their service was lousy. The lead time is 8-12 weeks from the factory. They never called to give me updates, etc. I was the one to call to ask if the windows were in and they said, "Oh yeah, it's here would you like to schedule your installation?" THEN when they got here the door was ordered wrong and opened the opposite way. They said they would place a rush on the new one but it didn't get here any faster. Again, I had to call to ask where it was. No one from the office ever called to apologize for the wrong door. THEN, the sliding screen was not installed well so they had to come out to adjust it. All the while the guy was telling me that I was pushing on it when I closed it so it wouldn't meet at the frame. I don't like the screen at all. There is no handle, nothing to grab on to to close it and in order to open it you have to unlock it every time. THEN, last week I got a letter from the salesman I worked with saying he had moved to another firm. His last name is Gravina! (Now that's an awkward family Thanksgiving.) I don't think I will use them again. Wouldn't use Champion either-their sales guy blessed me out when I said I was using Gravina's.
Your installation crew is terrific!! I would have appreciated more directness about installation dates initially, because I was trying to plan around the installation, but once the dates were set everything went smoothly. I did feel that the salesman didn't always get back to me in a timely fashion, but the installation crew sure did. I am not too happy about followup, as I called because I have one window where gaps are developing and I wanted Gravinas to look at int, and I have not yet been called back after a least a couple of months and am going to have to call again.
Did a very good job! – I enjoyed your crew they did a very good job and kept the house clean as they worked. only one thing I would like a copy of my lead inspection report.
Extremely professional – I was very impressed with Gravinas from beginning to end. The window installation team was fabulous. They were extremely professional, respectful and clean.

The people that did the installation were very good, very polite and very accommodating. I was a little disappointed that the windows weren't cleaned before they left. They were ok but I would have thought they would have been cleaned as they were installed.
My windows are beautiful! – Gravina's did what they said they would do at the price they said they would do it. Everyone I dealt with was very accommodating, my windows are beautiful and I would definitely recommend Gravina's!
did an Outstand job – Gravina's did an "Outstand job through the whole process from sale to installation." I would highly recommend Gravina's over the traditional "big box stores.
