BEWARE! 2010 - I hired them for an. BEWARE! 2010 - I hired them for an aeration. I saw a truck roll up, put a sign in my yard, and just left! I called the company, they came back and did what they said was the 2nd time. Very poor coverage. The majority of the liquid aeration just blew away.

2011 - Hired the company again. A guy showed up, and said "Just call and cancel. I'll do it for $50." Very shady, but I took the cheaper route anyway.

2012 - Again, a truck pulls up, puts a sign in the yard, a hanger on the door, and no aeration was done whatsoever. I called and said to kill the bill, that "3 strikes, and you're out."

They wanted to come by again, but I just don't trust this company to have on my property again. The manager there, Crystal, is a nightmare! She is extremely rude and combatative. If you have a problem with the service, she just claims you are "trying to get out of your bill".

I've opened a case with the BBB, among the 500 from other people. Even with the BBB case, they are responding like I'm crazy. They can take me to court if they want the money they are charging for a service I never received. BEWARE!…

NOT RECOMMENDED. NOT RECOMMENDED! I scheduled a sprinkler blowout with Mile Hi Service and they never showed up. I even called mid day to confirm they were still coming and the person who answered the phone assured me that the services tech would be there before dark. Dark came and I heard nothing so I called back again and the person on the phone looked up my account and said no tech had been assigned to my job. How can I schedule AND confirm and they still get it wrong? I'm not sure if the company simply has a flawed scheduling processes or poor communication but there are too many quality companies in town to deal with a company like this.
