DO NOT USE! They made a mistake doing my winterization sprinkler blowout and would not fix the repair, costing me $150.

Terrible customer service! Took a Friday off from work and waited around all day (because Mile Hi does not give a window for when they will arrive) for Mile Hi to perform sprinkler blow out. 5:30 pm came and went...no show, no call and no apology. Very rude on phone as well. Will never recommend this company to anyone. Dean s Sprinkler Service is the BEST!

Do not use Mile Hi services. They can't do anything right.Their internal communication system is nonexistent! I scheduled a sprinkler blowout and gutter cleaning for a house we rent. The first customer service rep said they were scheduled for the same day. Then I got a reminder call that the sprinklers were happening on a different day. I called again to tell them that the original rep told me they were scheduled on the same day. This guy apparently sorted it out. We then get an email from the tenants that the sprinkler guy was out there on a different day! Also, both reps told me on the phone that their technician could go into the crawl space and shut off the main valve. When I got a manager on the phone, she told me they don't do this and gave me a lame apology while still trying to defend herself. When I wasn't satisfied and was expressing that a little hastily, the manager then became really rude and I hung up on her after stating I would never use their services again. This is not the first time they have screwed something up, but it will be the last. I STRONGLY ADVISE NEVER USING THIS COMPANY!!

I haven't had a problem with Mile Hi. I booked them online, and they showed up on time and did the work. Very pleased with the service.

Mile Hi sent two workers who arrived as scheduled. They did very well at their job and listened to my questions and concerns. I was charged $39, rather than the $35 others quoted me, but I'm ok with that because they did so well.

We've been using Mile Hi for a while and have used their seeding, fertilizing, and plug aeration services before. We tried liquid aeration this year and it's been a significant improvement over past years.

In the past, I haven't had much luck with getting my carpet cleaned, it became very frustrating. I've used many companies with bad customer service when you call, waiting all day for them to show up and not have my carpets cleaned properly. A friend of mine recommended Mile Hi Services, I was a little hesitant at first but after much thought I decided to give them a try, let's just say they were the best I have ever had, they arrived at the time they said they would, they were very pleasant and my carpets boy were they CLEAN!!!!!! Now I recommend Mile Hi Services to everyone I know and I sent my friend a gift card for recommending Mile Hi Services to me.....

I have been using a window cleaning company when I first started my business, about two year ago I switch to Mile Hi because the company I used before, their prices were started getting so expensive and the work was poor and sometime they didn't even bother to show up. My sister recommended Mile Hi to me, when I called they came out and did my windows for the first time I was very pleased, I even got alot of compliments from my customer regarding my windows. I have been using Mile Hi for a year and a half now and I am very pleased, I also don't have a problem with them showing up because they always do...
